3M Company and, as applicable, your local 3M subsidiary, are the controllers of the personal information you provide, as the term “controller” is defined within the meaning of data protection laws of some jurisdictions.

We process personal information to validate installation of a fire suppression system from an approved manufacturer using 3M™ Novec™ 1230 fluid, to communicate with customers about the 3M™ Blue Sky℠ Warranty, and as described in our Privacy Policy. This personal information will be transferred to, stored and/or processed in the USA, which may have different data protection rules than your country.

If applicable, you can also refer to “Additional Information for EU Residents” to learn about your rights with respect with respect to your personal data, which apply differently in different circumstances: right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability and right to object to processing. Most of these rights are not absolute. You can exercise your rights, if applicable, by completing the request form referenced within that section and sending it to us at Privacy_EU@mmm.com.
